Notice to clients and visitors

MEGAL has ceased operations.

As of September 2026, MEGAL is no longer trading and is not accepting new enquiries or instructions.

We are grateful to everyone who placed their trust in us, and we are sorry not to be continuing. The notes below set out what this means for anyone who has dealt with us.

If you are an existing client, you are not affected. All matters already underway will continue to be handled to their conclusion, and we will remain in direct contact with you throughout. You do not need to take any action.

Refunds

If you have paid for a service that has not been provided, please contact us and we will arrange a refund promptly. Please include your name and the date of payment so that we can locate your file quickly.

Your records and documents

We treat the confidentiality of client and enquirer information with care. Personal and medical records held by us are being securely deleted in accordance with data protection requirements. If you would like copies of any documents you provided to be returned to you before deletion, please contact us as soon as possible.

New enquiries

We are unable to accept new instructions, and we are not in a position to advise on individual cases or to make recommendations. If you need legal or medical assistance, we would encourage you to obtain independent professional advice.
